In order to improve project management, develop internal competition channels and optimize the staffing structure, Forenergy carried out the internal competition in February & March with 18 positions as Director of Project Department, Quality Manager, Vice Manager of Technical & Quality Department, etc.
The internal competition includes self-nomination & registration, qualification appraisal, presentation & defense, overall evaluation and result announcement. Hosted by Vice President Mr. Yi Xiaoming, and judged by company senior executives, the competition was held on the principle of “Open, Fair, Competitive, Comprehensive, Merit”, selected out the candidates in accordance with relevant position qualification.
Mr. Yi point out that “internal competition is necessary for company to meet the new market situation and new tasks and is necessary for company to meet the demands of implementation new project management model and management concept. The internal competition will enhance the construction of an efficient team, which ensures the realization of company long-term development goals.
The internal competition innovated the selection and recruitment mechanism, motivated employers' enthusiasm and creativity, and brought vigour and vibrancy for future development of company.
