In the mid-2016s, four representatives of FORENERGY’s Marketing Department attended a special marketing training course called “The Eagle Program” for learning efficient management and marketing skills, during which they benefited a lot. In order to share their experience with the middle and high-level management, the Marketing Department organized a sharing meeting of the Eagle Program after.
During the sharing meeting, the participants had a heated discussion over marketing team management, salary evaluation, key points of recruitment, communication skills and other mains points. Subsequently, based on their own work experience, all managers posed questions and also shared what they have gained from this meeting. Furthermore, they all defined that with the broaden minds, renewed ideas and prompt execution ability which they had learned through this meeting, they would have a more scientific and rational way for the management and execution of their department.
In the end, with a high appraisal of this meeting, the director proposed the request and invited the expectation. Hoping that all the participants could apply the knowledge what they had learned into practice, improve the working efficiency, develop the self-governing ability and department management.
